Terri is a fantastic agent. We requested an appraisal from other agents, but we chose Terri because she was highly recommended to us, her commission was competitive, and she gave us a higher appraisal. You might think that she gave a higher appraisal in order to win the contract, but in fact the final sale price she achieved was higher than the initial listing price the other agent suggested.
Terri maintained communication throughout the whole process and was willing to answer any questions we had and always kept us up to date.
It truly felt like Terri was working her hardest to sell our property for the best possible price. We had an early offer that was not up to our expectation, but rather than try to convince us to accept the offer she agreed that we could get more – we did.
