KNOWING the secret to a great cup of coffee and small business accounting are just two of many talents new Ken Guy Buderim property manager Trish Thomas brings to the role.
Trish joins the tightknit Ken Guy Buderim team with an extensive background in real estate, having worked for a number of agencies throughout the greater Brisbane area.
Prior to relocating to Australia in 2010, Ken Guy Buderim’s newest team member owned three of her own businesses – these included two cafes and a third specialising in small business accounting.
The Buderim local said she felt proud to be joining an established and trusted real estate brand and looked forward to benefiting from her wealth of experience.
“I have experience in all aspects of real estate and I am proud to be representing a premium brand,” Trish said.
Trish described her style as “hands-on” with clients and customers.
“I am always willing to go that extra mile,” she said.
“I am honest, friendly and a Buderim local who believes in hands-on communication.”
Trish said personal service was the backbone of her approach to property management.
“Personal service is why tenants and owners should choose Ken Guy Buderim for their property needs,” she said.
“I understand the importance and privilege that comes from being trusted to manage one of people’s most valuable assets.”
Away from the world of property management, Ken Guy Buderim’s property manager enjoys horse riding, gardening and volunteering for the Riding for the Disabled.
