Terri Frawley is an experienced real estate agent who has been in the industry since July 1 in 2005, selling residential properties, off plan land and residential developments, community title properties, strata properties and established land lots.
“I have been fortunate enough to have great involvement with solicitors over property transactions having gained a vast knowledge of property law and contracts,” Terri said. “As a local, I am very attuned to the current market price hikes and am very willing to challenge the market to a higher degree.”
Terri is passionate about the real estate industry and leads the way when it comes to observing current and historical market trends. She has an extensive knowledge of Buderim, its surrounding areas and Sunshine Coast Regional Council’s plans in and around the Sunshine Coast.
