Luis Tomarchio is the Personal Assistant to Ken Guy Buderim Principal, Danny Redman. Born in Townsville and growing up in Ayr, located in the Burdekin Shire an hour south of Townsville, Luis relocated to the Sunshine Coast to commence his career in real estate.
A real estate career was always on the horizon for Luis.
“I was drawn to real estate as I enjoy talking to people,” Luis said.
“I think this industry gives me the chance to grow as a person and always keep my mind ticking. I did know from a young age that I would like work in the real estate industry.”
The move has also given Luis an insight into the huge demand driving the Sunshine Coast property market.
“I have been enjoying the lifestyle down here,” he said.
Luis prides himself on his communication skills and believes effect marketing is at the heart of the real estate success.
Away from the office, Luis enjoys a variety of sports and continuing to explore everything his new home on the Sunshine Coast has to offer.
