A country background and a bubbly personality are two of Amity Evans’ many qualities, helping Ken Guy Buderim property management expand its impressive portfolio of Sunshine Coast investment properties.
Amity joins familiar face Trish Thomas fronting Ken Guy Buderim property management’s team.
Trish’s success growing Ken Guy Buderim’s rental roll necessitated an extra set of hands and Amity was keen to continue her career in property management joining, the team earlier this year.
Ken Guy Buderim’s newest property manager slotted in seamlessly with the team, joined by her partner David White who traded working in the mines for a burgeoning sales career.
Amity knows property management well with six years of experience under her belt and is a quiet achiever, steadily building new relationships with owners and tenants alike.“David and I own four investment properties, so I understand what it is like to have investment properties,” Amity said.“I started in a reception role before moving into a property management role and then on to a senior position.”
Amity strives to find a solution to any problem and juggles the busy pace of property management successfully to secure the best outcome for property investors.“As an investor, I understand your investment property is one of your most valuable material assets, so it’s important our owners feel comfortable their investment is in good hands,” Amity said.
It has been a rewarding career path for Amity who believes good customer service and attention to detail are essential ingredients for property management success. Amity worked in a rural agency before relocating ahead of her property management position and has quickly adopted the laidback Sunshine Coast lifestyle.
When she hangs up her property management hat for the day, Amity enjoys refurbishing furniture, interior design and walking her dogs.
